I believe they're doing away with the name National Express West Midlands and replacing it with this:

Those fares changes are pretty good going considering all the new investment NX are putting in to UK Bus, especially when compared to the likes of First Manchester when some adult cash fares are rising by up to +10% from Jan, yet there's been no new fleet investment for the past couple of years other than Vantage deckers:

Dissapointing to see a 50p rise in local day savers though.

*disappointing

Why is it disappointing? Those prices have not change since 2017 it is still cheaper than a day saver and covers a fair distance

Low fare daysavers are constantly being used over the border areas so glad they've been put up.

My regional nbus 4 weekly has gone up by £1.50 which is not too bad (£18 a year) I can not grumble with the service I get and investment in new vehicles both diamond and NX

Dudley nbus going up to £3.80.

Bloody rip off increase of 15.1% by the combined authority trying to find a way round doubling their part of the council tax.

My regional Network pass is staying the same it seems, still just £270 for a term which is a bargain imo.

There's nothing on there website.
Maybe he had a letter saying they're putting the price up, it seems NX send people letters to tell them they're putting the price up:
I noticed a few of these complaints on the NX Facebook page, before anything actually was advertised on the website.

nx could do with including other area fares in their advertising, such as Staffordshire and cov/Warwickshire areas.

Dunno why I bother signing up for emails with Nx & Nwm as I never get anything!

I even resigned when that issue with the privacy happened & still nothing!

Surely they should have reissued the various fare leaflets, as a matter of courtesy?

Standard local rag reporting bemoan the one ticket the local daysaver (use any where) has gone up but fails to mention that all other fares available on the bus are frozen, no mention of the hundreds of new platinum buses over the last few years

And more ironically, while moaning about something out of date, using an out of date stock photo from 2007
