Last year there was a few issues on the walsall line so trains could not stop at perry barr.
Got train to work ok, but because of the issue on line was to complete journey via bus to get to walsall then out to tame bridge parkway.
I said this is not good option but the idiot staff said he had to do it so ive got to do it.
Surely London Midland and Sucessor should have provided taxis or put on a coach to hamstead station as trains was on divert.
