Title: Preserved TWM bus owners
Post by: Tony on February 16, 2018, 01:26:47 PM
Any owners of preserved vehicles who wish to have a Wayfarer style printer donated to their preserved bus speak up please. The current Init conversions should be finished in about 3 weeks time and around 40 have been put on one side purely for preserved buses. These will not be given to anybody other than bus owners and additional ones are being put away at an NX garage for when members of the current fleet get preserved.

That is a nice proactive thing for the company to do!

All the best,

Dave

We are hopefully donating two of the 'training rigs' to the two museums as well so visitors can see how the machines are operated

That's so good to hear and certainly a very nice gesture on National Express's part there, to do something kind and very worthwhile like that !  You yourself Tony should also be credited for a lot of good that you do, as i'm sure that you must instigate in a lot of things and help to get vehicles (and other bits and pieces !) saved / preserved if possible ? (A "TOP MAN" you are !).
