Title: Big Brum Buz
Post by: Adam 404 on May 29, 2017, 11:43:15 AM
I was surprised that there wasn't a thread for this already. I see that A134SMA is still going around. I assume it has been registered as a coach? I wonder if it is to be replaced with a low floor open top soon...

Yes it is still going around.
It usually passes the Edgbaston Old Church stop on Church Road while i'm waiting for the 1 at about 13:00 on a Saturday. It attended the pride parade on Saturday as well and often attends events like that on top of the tours it does and its private hires. Its not in use on registered services though, so can still be used can't it?

Green Bus 365 is still in use as well on school services that are also available to the general public, I saw it on the 782 going towards Saltley on Edgbaston Road, by the Pershore Road and Edgbaston Cricket Ground at 16:10 on Wednesday 17th May.

Announcement on the Big Brum Buz website today:
"We are very sorry but the tour is no longer running due to the breakdown of the bus too many times."

We bought the Big Brum Buz and shipped it to Amsterdam to transform the bus in an artcar/steampunk camper. You can follow the process here https://www.instagram.com/theolympiansofficial/
