Quick question, does anyone know if the first of the buses mentioned in the title are still running today? Tried Google but it doesn'the bring anything up.
Not the first, but the first within the company.

Notice the Dart in the background on the 35
@MW I recognise that bus (I was around 11/12), went on that the once better than the early tridents with the small leg room on the front left upper deck seats... there is a y reg wright eclipse urban which is in service in Dundee which must of been either a seed vehicle or an ex demo

Stagecoach Trident 17001,the first of the type for the group,is a long term loanee to the Cobham Bus Museum. If my memory is correct about DLA 1,that is still a trainer for Arriva London. The Wright bodied Gemini was a hired bus to evaluate future orders...which clearly went well.........
According to the Enviro 400 Wikipedia, Stagecoach London 19000 LX55HGC is the first Enviro 400 and is still in service.
First Wright Gemini was Arriva London VLW1 Y581UGC now in Liverpool as Arriva North West 4200
Ist 4698 the second e400 and first one outside of london

It was the prototype single door Enviro 400. Which mean's it was the second Enviro 400 ever to be built.
