Title: Why was this Bus Given A Led Electronic destination Display

The bus in Question is 1646 As it was still in Travel West Midlands Livery But it looks good Just Confused as to why it had an Led

1645 also had one, and that was still in its as new livery, the low floor style before 1646. Not sure why these two were given LEDs whilst in TWM livery over NX repaints

More mercs was going to be done but we now know why they didn't do any more
