Is 3116 still owned by VOSA in Garratts Green?

It's owned by TC cars near Chelmsley Wood I think. Been parked outside their premises in all over white for a couple of years.

It does get used because its never parked in the same place but somebody would have to camp outside to prove it still moves more than inches lol
