Title: Walsall B6LE's
Post by: Ashley on May 24, 2012, 01:14:31 PM
With the B10L's having moved to Walsall garage to replace B6LE's. Im just curious which ones are staying or are still in service as I write this, today or this week

It will depend on the state of the bus. If for example 642 had a rusted chassis not worth repairing and 643 was in a good condition then 643 would be kept and 642 used for parts. Going on common sense it would be the refurbished buses that would stay but a unrefurbished could easily stay depending on its body and technical parts.

Does this apply to all buses

Depend on the age of the bus. If it was a 10 reg Scania and in bad condition, it would probably be worth repairing. If it was a P reg Liberator and in bad rot for example, it wouldn't be worth the money of restoration.
