According to a recent study by the RSSB, over 70s are most likely to be injured or involved in a accident whilst on the railways.
Based on the recent report, do you agree that the railways ban specific age groups on the grounds of health and safety? And if so why?

It would be a fine line between health and safety and discrimination. As someone who believes in equal rights it seems to far segregating age groups especially when at say 70. People are at different levels of fitness. Also where will it end. Catching a bus for example can kick up more problems then catching a train. :)
