What is wrong with this railway sign?

Stourbridge Town doesn't have a lift, although the bus station does. Also Stourbridge Town is open everyday, this sign must have been made during the Central Trains era

Yes it's a Central Trains sign (still there 9.3.14!)

There's some oddities over the network signwise (and some places which up to 2012 still had central trains ticket wallets!!)

Some penalty warning signs have Central Trains underneath London Midland stickers
