I presume this is to keep fleetnumbers together with 2153-77 at CV and 2078-2104 at PE

'Jade Bendibuses' posted this on my Facebook page today:

QuoteToday 2154 was on the 6/6A around nearest 10:50 from Bus Station! 2154 is blue sky livery. I'm sure that which from Pensnett Trade garage. 2154 is additional the fleet due to New Union Street and The Quadrant being closed road due to new buildings and development area.

So I guess its been repainted into sky-blue.

On the slight subject of 'Jade Bendibuses', this is now at least the third different account they have had, and another I've had to block. Does anyone else get stalked and harassed by 'Jade'? Or is it just me?!

Believe me it's not just you, I've had a death threat on here and more recently a message on my facebook calling me a... well I won't say the word on here, (the Jade on facebook seemed to know what "JK6015" had said to me on here so must be the same person) ... I just tend to ignore her/his ramblings now in the hope that he/she might go away, although I will probably get more spam now for posting this...

Only unbranded B7 that hasn't got Daysaver side ads.

I understand that 2154 should have come to Coventry, but it went to Pensett instead, that's what I was told today. Can I ask was 2154 painted all white and acted as a 'familiarisation' bus like 2153 or was it new to Pensett in red and white?

I was also told that Coventry will have another 'old' bus transferred to their fleet, possibly another 0.405N, Anyone know if thats correct?. Have any Coventry 0.405's been withdrawn due to the arrival of 2154?

2154 was delivered new to Pensnett in red/white livery, I suspect it was originally destined for NXC but was diverted to Pensnett due to the tragic incident & need to transfer out E400 4816 (now re-numbered 4799).

Adding to my reply above, how do we work the forum system to obtain a photograph of 2154 in red and white colours, required for my Coventry album, to show contrast to the pictures I will take of it in sky blue and white.

Here's 2154 at Pensnett in NXWM red:

It's in seemingly in service most days.
It stands out because it is the only unbranded NXC B7 that doesn't have a Daysaver advert on side below the shallower windows.

The bottom photo http://wmbusphotos.com/NXWM/2001-2129/2154.html shows 2154 before it was delivered to National Express, just to show it was delivered in red, not white
