Excellent, thoroughly enjoyed being shown behind the scenes. From seeing the AVL system in action to tyre tread depth requirements an excellent tour showing the scale of what is required to keep a large garage on the road.

Does anyone know if there are any similar plans to hold an open day at any of NXWM garages this year? By the sounds of it, the Coventry open day last year was very successful and enjoyed by a select crowd due to number restrictions.
They could run a competition like Eddie Stobart did (can I mention them here ;)) to put a name to a unique vehicle within the NXWM group  ;) That would be a super idea for raising money to go to a good cause. I don't know what the politics are surrounding such like.

I believe one of the raffle prizes at the AG/YW open day was to name a vehicle. I'm not sure which one is the winning name though.

Nice one, Gareth...  I discovered I'd missed out that earlier when I was digging around... October time? I'm sure there will be something similar in the not too distant future. Plenty of fans about to keep entertained. This forum just goes to show. We could do with a 'sticky' on the main or sub page to do with up and coming events. Perhaps one already exists and I've passed it by :P
