Title: destination blinds
Post by: windy miller on May 02, 2012, 08:45:58 PM
would I be correct in thinking that all WM service vehicles now have LED destination blinds?. I suppose the days of the old manually operated wind-up canvas blinds are obsolete?

Have you seen a Mercedes O405N before. When you have, get back to me.

This post is in the Arriva heading. Arriva do not have any Merecedes (yet), some Citaros are on order though. As far as I know all Arriva buses do have electronic destinations

In the main yes but a lot of the older buses still have manual blinds. All the Mercedes 0405N and remaining Exceels/Solo's at our garage still have manual blinds
