2/3 days ago, I recorded a driver on Sandwell Travel 80 after seeing him get his mobile phone out whilst driving and steering with the elbows all filmed in 1080p
I wondered where I could submit this footage/complaint

No I would agree-send it to police/traffic commissioner/centro-when this happened with a driver reading on the 61 it made it straight onto midlands today.
