The set for the 06.39 Rugeley-Bham had an extra 153 on yesterday.
;
The 07.39 Wolves-Birmingham now starts from Crewe and the set remains on Walsall-Wolves workings until the 16.19 from Wolves, which no longer goes to Walsall.
;
Has anyone noticed any other changes - particularly like to know where the 153 has been found.

There are more trains between Wolves & Walsall, particularly on Saturday evening. Still no direct services between Wolves & Walsall on Sundays. There's now a Wolves to Rugeley TV service, 06:14 at Wolves, an ex Shrewsbury service, a full trip on that could be very interesting.
The 10:49 from Wolves is now a through service to Walsall. However, the 14:19 from Wolves isn't. The 19:36 parliamentary service has gone. Replaced with a through service, starting at 19:31 from Walsall. I imagine some evening Walsall to Wolves (and vice-versa) services will be formed from ex Liverpool diagrams, therefore being Class 350 operated

Their was a 3-car 170 on yesterday for the first time for ages doing the 09:18 from Hednesford into Birmimgham and later the 16:39 New Street to Rugeley usually a very crowded 2-car diagram. I am hoping this is a permanent diagram, much needed on the 16:39
Thanks - that makes sense as the set working the 06.39 used to attach a 153 at Walsall later, which had been detached there by the set that works the 09.18 from Hednesford.
I am sitting on the 10.31 Walsall to Wolves service on 350107 very rare for Walsall line. I am guessing it is a substitute for a 323 for some reason.
I was on 350 107 it worked the 8:07 departure from Tame Bridge to Wolverhampton and is usually a class 350.
Last chase line train 2318 on sat is a replacemwnt bus, anybody know where it will be departing from? I duno whether too risk it or catch the 1018 back cos its that gay thing and the 2318 could be rammed. If its a singledecker would they leave ppl stranded in brum?

those are worked by the 350 off the existing Crewe-Walsall that explains`why the 14.19 ex Wolves is no longer through to Walsall .
The 11:19 from Wolves was also Class 350 operated today
Well who knows in the future when the whole of the Chase Line is electrified, 350's may be fully used on the line.
The "parliamentary" service is no more? So they've paid to formally close the route then?
Are they ever going to re-instate the direct Walsall-Wolves service?

Until two weeks ago that was the train I got every morning to work (Hamstead to Aston)
Following are booked 350 on Walsall to Wolvo
EX Birmingham New Street (shorts)
0808 (arrives off 1G69 0656 Crewe to Birmingham New Street)
Ex Wolverhampton
0849
1119
1349
1619 (terminates Birmingham New Street)
Ex Walsall
1001
1231
1501
Just a question:
My mate said the other day during a WMDR trip that 350's will be on Walsall-Wolves route, meaning extra 323's off the route will provide extra capacity on Cross City Line? I would love 350's to be on the route full time, best trains going.

Probably not under this franchise

It's nice to see some 350s on the Walsall - Wolves, but they're always going to be prioritised for Crewe/Birmingham - London & Liverpool - Birmingham. I prefer the 323s
The parliamentary runs the other way early on Saturdays.

Three (IIRC) of the new Cl.350s were ordered in connection with the Bromsgrove electrification, but will presumably actually be used to release 323s off Walsall-Wolverhampton.
It was my understanding that the 350/3s were ordered to increase capacity on Euston lines
Not all of them.

I think it was 7 for Eustons and three for Bromsgroves was the original quote
One diagram was a pair of 170s yesterday - I presume because of the Bon Jovi concert at Villa Park.

With one or two popping up on Cross City for Redditch and Lichfeild TV.

Correct, most trains on Sunday were 2 x 2 car 170s, and all Rugeley trains were stopping at witton. Even extra trains beyond midnight, they did good there I think

Which I found convenient as my local stop is Witton
The 14:17 departure from new street to walsall was a class 350 today is this normal im guessing it could have been on the liverpool service or just the general Wolverhampton to Walsall workings 2 class 350's are used on. I went on a class 323 yesterday think it was 323215 and it was very slow pulling away from the stations and struggled to keep to time because of it.

Funnily enough I had the joys of this working from SGB so you probably saw me getting off at New Street xD As for it being normal I believe it is happening more and more lately although this is the first time I've had a 350 on the all stopper.

Before the timetable change (19th May) the 350s appeared on later Birmingham - Wolverhampton journeys, I believe they were the 21:08 & 21:38 from Birmingham. Now they just seem to appear on daytime services, although it is unnoticeable in the timetable, the 350 journeys aren't marked as First Class for some reason

First Class is declassified as there is no First Class fare available other than from Wolverhampton and S&D.

First class isn't declassified because there is a First Class NTrain ticket valid on any train with first class in the West Midlands and this was actually advertised at Walsall when 350s first started doing the Walsall Liverpool service. Any train where there is a valid first class ticket does not automatically get declassified

All I know is that First Class is definitely declassified on 350's operating the Walsall to Wolverhampton line.
London Midland have just confirmed it is not declassified. See, @londonmidland on twitter for confirmation

I see the Tweet. I think they may need to recheck. This is not the information they are giving their own Senior Conductors.
Do they give them any information? I was on the 15.01 Birmingham-Liverpool yesterday and they hadn't bothered to tell the guard on that why it was terminating at Crewe or whether there was any forward connection.
