I am writing to enquire if the two Redditch garages are considered as one unit as shown in the Fleetlist?

Yes, all of Diamond buses now operate out of the former First Plymouth Rd depot, the former Diamond depot at Church Rd appears to be just used for maintenance only

That is correct it has gone back to how Midland Red West had it before they gave up Church Road.
