Ahaha sign of the schools going back or the withdrawal of streetdecks?

The 002 operated by the streetdecks was the most reliable I've ever seen it. Let's hope sticking these older buses on won't impact it's reliability

I do wonder about some of the drivers currently employed and how much lost mileage you are incurring as a result. Take 30715 for example today. Parked in Halesowen for over 2 hours NIS was on the 4H. No issues from what I could see. This seems to be a regular occurrence with buses only doing part route too. Are you still short staffed?

Most of them are bost extremely slow and are incapable of doing hills.

Quote from: DMCL on August 21, 2023, 07:58:22 PMI had the pleasure of riding on 30822 (BX09 SJO) Plaxton Centro from Astwood Bank to Redditch this morning. The interior still looked like the days when it was part of the Royale Black Diamond fleet with black leather seats, panelled timber-style vinyl flooring and even posters advertising the Royale Black Diamond service. You can see what the vehicle looked like in 2009 if you scroll down to the last photo here:

Will be a sad day when these are all withdrawn. Best vehicles in the fleet by a mile. 30822 has always been a good one too.

I never got to travel on those enviros with the leather seats. What was the reason for getting rid of the leather?

Check bus times for a bus from Coventry between 2:15 and 3:15. You'll struggle to locate one

I'd like to know where that began service...

Quote from: Stu on August 05, 2023, 06:20:56 PMYou do know that the A45 is closed between Stonebridge and Allesley don't you?
I travelled the whole route so yes - maximum amount of time you lose is 5 minutes though! Doesn't excuse the hour gap in service

And todays worst bus service is the... X1. 1 hour people were waiting from Coventry. They was coming to Coventry then parking up before putting NIS and driving off. I caught 6838 which came round 20 minutes late and was basically full as soon as it left Coventry. Round the airport it had to refuse passengers because it was so packed. The one that should have been after 6838 came into Coventry on time and then parked in Coventry for what must have been 40 minutes. 7522 left NIS and went towards Birmingham. 4911 randomly appeared as we got to Birmingham as an X1 - not a clue where that gained service from. Left NIS after arriving into Birmingham anyway.
