Quote from: IMarkeh on May 24, 2024, 06:24:27 AMJust thought I'd nip in here and say I've emailed Chaserider previously, they don't answer. BusUsers are a waste of time. Staffordshire Council staff couldn't sort a kids party at a soft play, let alone hold operators accountable. Heck, they keep giving money to Bennets who aren't even compliant with the law (failing to upload bus open data), there is no hope for Staffordshire council to do absolutely anything!Yep, Chaserider dont respond , 100 perc
Irrespective of what the user said, the remedies mentioned are absolutely pointless. You'd get better results spamming the DVSA with complaints (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/report-a-lorry-bus-or-coach-driver-or-company)
Quote from: Stu on May 23, 2024, 08:22:28 PMCan you provide any documented proof of all these issues and breakdowns though?I live on the 70 route and have experienced plenty of 2hr gaps. People who live on the 826 828 route have also documented plenty.. its a regular feature. A lot of the fleets pretty clapped out tbf. And yep other operators have breakdowns but on lower frequency routes like Chaseriders its way way more of an issue

Quote from: solonightrider on May 16, 2024, 11:04:48 PMlol all the 3 latest newer e200 in-take is wasted over on the 841 lanes to get all bashed and scraped up.I dont know why they dont put em on 35A/36 & utilise the B8s on 74/826/828 instead of having almost daily multiple failures

WMPTE used to run a bus to St Matthews Hospital, a mental home not far fron Swan Island, and for some readon alwaus called it Burntwood Hospital on destination blinds

Quote from: Wba_lad on May 03, 2024, 10:44:08 PMBecause as @Tony has said a fair few times now outside Nbus area you can't buy it and Cannock isn't within the Nbus zone now it may of been before but it isn't now meaning it's the daysaver Extra which is issues in this area.Is it usable only on NX buses?
Quote from: Tony on May 03, 2024, 08:49:50 PMWhat's with all this about?I used to be able to buy an Nbus onX51 in Cannock at least a few months ago but if you ask for one nowits the daysave extra that comes out the ticket machine
NXWM accept Nbus on all their services as has been said on here several time. It not up to driver
