And of course all the things you describe never happen to other bus operators?  ::)

National Express West Mids buses frequently breakdown (even the 'brand new' ones, not just their clapped out sheds), and yes on occasion they have also caught fire while in service.  :o

You're entitled to your opinion Bob, but if you think Arriva Cannock is really that bad, try complaining to them directly (or even to Staffordshire County Council's transport department) as whining about them constantly here achieves nothing.

Or move somewhere else, where you don't have to catch Arriva Cannock's buses? I recommend you move to Dudley, then you can travel around on NXWM's amazing fleet of clapped out old Mercs, B6LEs and Spectras, which frequently breakdown and catch fire.  ;)

I completely agree Stu. If Arriva Cannock are really that bad, why not do something about it? Seems better than just putting up with it  ;)

Bob, perhaps you're not the only one who feels how you do about the standard of Arriva Cannocks fleet, maybe you should drum up some support in your area, and get people to contact Staffs Council also. I'm sure they'd also be very interested in hearing their residents concerns about the poor quality of the vehicles being used in their operating area, and maybe then they could take these concerns up with Arriva, in much the same way that Network West Midlands/Centro would in the West Midlands area.

Gotta be worth a shot.

Lets hope their customer service is better than their facebook page lol has anyone seen it? Passengers just constantly slating them. The customer service on there is poor/complacent to say the least. I asked tgem if tbe new 67 service to wolves runs on saturdays, the website says it does, but when you download the timetable off there it says mon to fri. They, after 3 days, replied we'll look into it and get back to you,.that was four weeks ago..... abit slack.....lol
