John it was an ALX double , managed to get a pic when I come out the bullring but isn't identifiable.

'V145 LGC', Volvo B7TL then. Good spot, not seen in service much, used on College services 220/221 I think.

I was thinking it might have been 'SN53 KJV', Ex London United Trident but that has moved to pastures new

Not seen a double on this route since Solihull travel x50

Johnsons did have the E400H Demonstrator SN59 AWW on the X50 for about a week, and loaned Trident SN53 KJV not so long back but deckers are extremely rare on there.

Optare Solo on the 150 today (14/12/13). Is this unusual?

Solo1

No they have a solo on there sometimes

jc

There are a few Solo placing journeys on there, or at least there were a few months ago, always seems to be a Scania when i see it.

Solo1

out today was  http://www.flickr.com/photos/stanjack/11736282983/ on service 150  which was a shock to me as I normally see the other 63 reg'd one

trident4370

The 150 sees any of Johnsons Omnilinks on it, nothing really rare.

jc

The three buses i saw on there today were the two 63 plate and a 13 plate Scania's

Solo or Tempo Nathan?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know the model name of the Optare-bodied Scania double-decks that are normally used on the X20?
