After the tour today, me and trident4370 (Joe) went for a nosey outside Miller Street

From the pavement, we saw

Mercs - 1516 1534 1538 1540 1542 1555 1578? 1596 1597 1645 (these were parked up

1611 looked as if it was having parts removed.

Also, for those who didn't go on the tour today, withdrawn vehicles in Walsall garage are 654 655 1412 1463 1691 and 1692

May be of interest

Moderator note:

To ALL members

Unless you actually work for NX Bus (and can therefore state with certainty what is true), members should refrain from posting hearsay/gossip/rumours/guesses as facts.

In future, when posting claims about any bus being withdrawn or transferred, please provide a source/link.

The bickering and squabbling is getting tiresome, if it continues, then it won't just be posts that get removed...

Were the ex Dundee B10L's still there i.e. 7115, 7123, 7125 & 7126?

Not sure, it had no destination blind & a steering wheel cover over it

581 is a part of the WA fleet, although Tony said it has turned a wheel yet at WA.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Ta for that Stu, makes sense why it hasn't got a blind now

There are B10L's in miller street hidden very well from view.

Don't forget 4007, still think personally this would have been better just left at Wolverhampton for parts etc...

I would've thought if parts are required from 4007 for another Spectra, they can still be transported over from Miller Street

4006

Is 4007 at Miller Street then? Will it just be broken for spares and then scrapped?

Yes it is. Does stripping of withdrawn vehicles have to be done at Miller St, or could it be done at Park Lane. I do fund it strange that 4007 has been brought to Miller St, as only Wolverhampton operate Spectras, and the spares could easily be taken off there for the others instead of transporting them from Birmingham
