To be fair, I do feel uncomfortable sitting upstairs (I'm sure I'm not the only one) on my own with a group of people at the back. Hence why I usually sit downstairs.

Downstairs is my go too but if it's busy or full I don't mind going upstairs so their room for people downstairs.

The last 2002 trident running, 4393, passed its MoT yesterday, so should see service in 2024

Wow that's impressive. I travelled on 4513 on the 20 and it still goes well

I often get annoyed when impatient motorists incorrectly use the right-hand turn lane at the junction of Yardley Wood Road and Wake Green Road to overtake the queue and carry on ahead, so I was a bit surprised this morning when the driver of 1931 on the 2 decided to do this!

Thought initially that we were about to be diverted via College Road to Stratford Road.

@Tony is this considered acceptable driving standards?

They are the allocated vehicle type for some boards on Sunday to make full use of them,

Good to see 4393 out on the 49 this Boxing Day morning.

I presume YW drivers still like Tridents? There are others out as well today.

As drivers we get allocated a vehicle so there is no choice as such it's whatever is allocated to even out the mileage.

I'm assuming 4614 will now be withdrawn following its arson attack in Solihull today

It's got more damage than what 4456 has and Tony withdrew that, I would assume it's a withdrawal, look at age and got to think will it pass another MOT, will it be worth repairing, if Tony keeps it bonus, but if he withdraws I can understand why it's a old bus and is due for withdrawal soon.

4614 is Euro 6 4456 wasn't, 4614 would have been in service for a bit longer before it's arson today

I highly doubt it gets repaired, I'd guess that this year was probably its final year in service anyway. Hope nobody was hurt regardless.
