I remember when Wmpte Walsall used to have buses every few minutes & every bus left the terminus full

Good to see the 828 on bank hol monday for the bower,  but will the old unrleiable 828 allocation buses last the shift with out breaking down 🤞  shocking reliability  826 / 828 in the last 9 months or so, but the farce seems to be a daily routine   

Why dont they run the bus from Cannock to the Bower?

There's been 2 stops northbound at what is now Rycroft Street since the year dot, as far as Im concerned.

Until several years ago, the arrangement was one stop for the Blakenall services & the other for the Leamore services.

Nowadays, there is one stop for the 29, 31 & 32 & the other one for the X51.

Why change the arrangement? Surely the 31, 32 & x51 could still share a stop?

Yes I was stuck in that this morning, I pleaded with the bus driver on the 907 to go onto the bus lanes but he said no it's a designated route, meanwhile x51/936/997 were using bus lanes. Before I asked him 4863 was on the 51 right in front of us at Perry Barr Bragg Road and he got into City only a few mins late whereas our 907 was nearly 30 mins late.

According to my sister, who had to go into Brum today for a work related course, she had picked up the first from Cannock X51 at Leamore, which didnt arrive into city until about 815am, because of the issues.

Is Walsall garage having the next stop announcements updated for X51?

Didnt they have updates a few months back, when some stop names changed?

Eg Green Lane is now Leamore Park.

So NX are in charge of the old 10A and maybe providing the 8 Timetable

37 was Diverted again last night I didn't know having spent some of the night back in Darlo after celebrating Darlo winning promotion. I walked to Queen Elizabeth Aveune and Wolverhampton Road only to see 4737 on diversion Down Wolverhampton Road. But I have found they do also lob bricks at the Buses in Bentley on Chruch Greeen @Westy might know that as St Giles Church on Queen Elizabeth Aveune opposite the shops just after the first stop on Queen Elizabeth Aveune. This wasn't an issue a few years ago speaking to someone who used to go Willenhall Comp it is the year 7's and 8's who joined after I left. So as I suspected it would be although half of the staff I remember being there left so maybe discipline On that regard is lacking as the old staff knew what happened on the 41, 69, 37, 333X, 40 back in the day and any asb or Fights they would know. Even the 529 and Willenhall Maccies fight they knew about. Not sure what happened regarded that fight as I don't think it was a school related fight.

Must admit, for those of you that have a rough idea where I live, I have a non league club in our road. 

I have no idea who they are or what division they are in, despite living less than a minutes walk from the ground.

All I know they are a PITA, along with certain neighbours, with the parking!

Not sure I would want to be the end user of a bus service controlled and organised by the sleepwalkers of 16 Summer Lane...

NXWM accept Nbus on all their services as has been said on here several time. It not up to driver

Well, I thought asking Mark Fitchew what he issued & when might settle the question once & for all!

He said that Perry Barr Drivers accept Nbus in Lichfield so hopefully WA Drivers the only negative although I was probably gonna stick with NX anyway is that I couldn't use another operator.

I was merely looking at options but I reckon it is fine getting back to Darlo at around half Severn anyway. It was just looking at options I always look at options for every journey.

Has it been said WA drivers are not accepting Nbus in Lichfield?

If I bought one on the 31 / 32, how's the driver going to know I was going to Lichfield?

Errrm like 2 pound there 2 pound back like most fqres in the country. Used to get annbus on X51 inCannock but everytine i askfor one now the ticket says Daysaver Extra...not a clue what that even is

Supposed to be the ticket that is only valid on Nx services, if you board out of county to go into the Wm area & you cant use on any other operator in the Wm county.

I dont know, but I had to help someone out a few months ago, as he didnt know he could use his Nbus mobile ticket on Diamond, as he'd been paying on them, but using the phone on Nx, until I pointed it out to him.

(If it had been the Diamond driver I normally talk to, when they drive the route, I'd would've asked them, but it wasn't!)

Question for mobile users.

Is there any ticket currently available, that is still operator specific?

The reason is, someone just tried to use a mobile phone ticket on the 326, & appeared to be refused.

Ticket holder or driver not clued up, or something Im not aware of?

Pretty pointless trying to guess, it's my job and I don't know yet

Depends if you want to introduce a completly new type to a garage or not surely, then you have the issue of driver training/familiarisation as well?
