This Metrobus was on display outside the Bullring today, it had a WM badge on front grille, anyone got any idea for its previous identity. The curved windowscreen suggests that it not an ex-WM example, unless it is a replacement.

'XAP 1' is it new registration, the rear had been plated over, so no chance to see if it was a MK2 or MK2A.

It was built in 1979, according to DVLA, and is stated as being red. Maybe ex London transport, but the stairs are in the usual place for a single door version, right behind the cab. I am aware MK2's were not produced until 1981.

Has anyone else seen 30834 'KX57 MTE'? Is it even out in service yet?

Are all of the new ex-London DAF deckers going to Leicester too?

Would be nice to see them elsewhere rather than the majority of them in Leicester

I know drivers don't like them, and the downstairs layout on the S-JUAs and T-FGNs are not good. These newer ones are laid out differently downstairs, with the stairs at the front, and not in the middle like the earlier DAFs.

Tony's fleetlist shows it at Tividale. Has it moved to Long Acre, on loan or Tividale run a bus for these services as well as Long Acre.

Any idea why these have been swapped between the 2 garages, especially as the Burton's Gemini's were branded for the 1.

Have any of the new Enviro400's bound for Leamington been in service yet?

I guess that these may withdraw the Olympians for disposal and maybe the lone Trident in UniLink livery, 17059 may get repainted and kept with Leamington, to replace another step floor DD.

What routes will these 2 Gemini's 4015 and 4016 be used on in Burton?
Also, where are the rest going, if known yet?

Are there any vehicles with FMR that are in the new first livery? As most other areas in the country have buses in the new livery, and I have not seen any with First Midland Red in the new livery.

How come some buses that are repainted into NXWM livery, are those that look ok on the outside and a lot neater than others, but there are many vehicles that are running about in TWM livery, that look awful with mismatched panels, scrapes and dents. The last time I saw 4493 and 4494 on old livery, they were smart and I think there was no need for them to be repainted (unless they have had accidents).

A few examples I can think of are 4490, 4303, most of the old 33 Gemini's and 4246.
