It would have been on its way for MOT as the nearest station to Worcester now is in that area somewhere. Today it's back in service at Hereford

In a word, no. The limiters have now been reconfigured and they do 50mph

42641 will be scrapped. 11 enviros to transfer to Worcester tomorrow night and 5 to Hereford although the ones at Hereford may not see service, however they do need to find a replacement for 42401!

I can confirm that P401 MLA has now left First Hereford Depot for Kidderminster
