Title: Possible all change on the railways in England?

OK there is an election coming and one party is proposing big changes for English railways.

Be interesting to see what happens to the value of shares in the existing train operator businesses

I doubt it will do anything. All they are proposing is letting the current franchise run out, and the current operator risks losing it then anyway even without change
