Already been said that the e400s won't go to WB. And why would PB have anything transfer out with nothing to replace it (just yet!)

That didn't do a full running board yesterday and hasn't tracked today so I thought maybe there had been a problem with the bus and it was in the depot but obviously this is not the case then.
