4848 ??? Not 100% as I forgot to write down the number - Parked on Lower Bull Street with hazards flashing

Yes it was 4848. Broke down around 8.00 this morning (got towed away around 10am). 4500 replaced it on the 33

1642 Must have been swapped as it was on the 297 earlier

Surprising how people can get a wrong impression.

There is a 19:40 journey from Thimblemill Lane to West Bromwich 1642 was parked up waiting time before doing this journey. not broken down at all!

Well the hazards were on? And there was another Merc on Queens Rd around about that time terminating?

Well the hazards were on?

People park cars outside newsagents and put their hazards on. People slowing down on a motorway when they can see a blockage in front of them put their hazards on. Doesn't mean they are broken down.

All NXWM buses being revenue checked put their hazards on to tell the driver behind not to pull up too close as they may not be moving soon!

That still doesn't explain the terminating Merc at the Queens Head, if 1642 was in fact the 1938 from Queens Head to West Bromwich. That should be the last NXWM 53 of the day

Which 1642 operated, leaving Thimblemill Lane exactly on time, and arrived in West Bromwich Bus Station Exactly on time and is now running private back to Pensnett garage

I did find it weird that it had 'Sorry! Out of Service' on the front blinds, but ok

It had just come out of garage to replace 1707 on that running board, hence Sorry not in service. I do not know the reason why it replaced 1707

The 53 from west brom terminates at the  queens head Londonderry then runs back to garage private and the bus of the 297 runs private from Halesowen to queens head Londonderry  to do a 53 back to west brom they usually park up around pound road area as there's loads of time to get to the queens head but there's nowhere to park outside the chip shop
It's done like this because of our driving hours on the duty that does the 53 that runs back from the queens head to garage

BC do seem to be having an unusually high amount of problems with their new Enviro's, in addition to the two that were off road for a good while after their crash
