At around 10 am it seemed as 7030 had a flat tyre as when I was passing it towards Tesco it was parked in hazzards but no drive to be seen but after my shopping I was on my way back I passed it again but with cones around it and it had been lifted and it was missing it's front driversside tyre but again there was no one there or a breakdown van
