No I definitely saw a blue branded bus and the 75 doesn't run anymore so 4974 could have been suitable with the old 75 74 link now 74 79 link in wednesbury

The 75 does still run

4974 did the 07:58 & 10:35 departures from Darlaston and is currently on its way back again.

4539 didn't break down on the 79 either. It has been on the 82 service since 06:00 (82.01) and is still out on that running board. You may have seen 4589 on the 79, but it wasn't broken down, every service 79 has completed its journey today

Ok must have been mistaken thought it was 4539 because as far as I'm aware it's the only Wolverhampton Garage based trident with the blue rear part at the top

Ok look I was just coming home from a holiday so this was on Saturday Afternoon because I was jet lagged then forgot then remembered again so sorry my bad. So 4539 broke down on Saturday and 4974 replaced it.

On Saturday
4539 was on the 255/256/257 all day
4974 didn't come out of garage until 15:00 and did get to Darlaston, but on the 75 at 16:57

All buses do it, some in big bursts and others in long spells. It is just excess air from the tanks being released

An air leak is a PG9 offence which will get a bus banned from the road.

This is a safety valve to stop the pressure in the tanks building up to high and it exploding
