There were some very strange workings when I was in Bristol last week with all 48A services using unbranded Volvo B9TLs.

It seems that a lot of buses normally used on the 48A are currently redeployed on rail replacement services due to the Bristol Parkway 3 week blockade.  In addition, buses branded for route U1 were in use on services to Yate station where the train services from Great Malvern are currently terminating.  The U1 service was being operated using hired buses.

Very rare working today as a Scania (99% certain it was 36817) made it out for a few trips on the Severn Express 7XP.
