If they bother to pick up, it was only until the station supervisor stepped in as other vehicles were skipping the stand!

7538 flashing hazards at Stratford Road South & City College stop southbound!

Looks it's passengers have decided to catch EO14 instead, which I'm on!

Since when did flashing hazards mean the bus had definitely broken down.
Looks like it had accutally just come from the depot and was just waiting time before picking up service.

Hazard lights can mean many things, for instance it can signify to the driver behind not to park to close as the bus may not be moving for a while due to a variety of reasons (e.g driver changeover)
