Suprised to see a First Bristol branded 1 Whiteladies Road E400MMC on the Aston Expressway working rail replacement in Birmingham. Could be a regular thing but just seemed unusual 

I know this vehicle is with DBNW but just seen an older pic where it was at Irvines inbetween Arriva and Rotala. I noticed its n bus sticker on the front. Did the vehicle spend some time with Arriva in the West Mids.

I just wondered which of the diamond service regularly sees women drivers, there used to be a few seen on the service from Tividale but I really only see the lady that drives the 4 service who used to drive the 40 (410) for years with Birmingham Coach Company.

I have noticed from the 1st Sept diamond will increase the number of am and pm peak journeys on the 16 and increase the number journeys in peak hours on the 50. Are they finally putting up a bigger fight against there competitors.

There was a debranded wessex red bus on the 4 today yet to be repainted looks like they have started to arrive.

Often people mention about certain buses braking down but just wondered is there a specific bus that always seems to end up on the back of a mansfield truck more times than any other?

I have the West Midlands bus handbook for 2000 and it was interesting to see for the garage that I follow closely  the most being West Bromwich that only 12 vehicles still at the garage when comparing the 2013 and 2000 fleet list. 1 of which is a b6le (591) and the other 11 are mercs (1523/1534/1577/1581/1582/1585/1586/1589/1592/1613/1618). Looking at the other fleetlists there is only Coventry with more vehicles than WB still at the same garage from 2000.

I think this was the cadet involved in the accident on the 301 a few weeks back, has anyone got any idea if it will be put back into service or just be withdrawn. These cadets seem to be involved more accidents than any other diamond bus vehicle type. 30201 (original) 30203/8/12/17 all seem to have been involved in some sort of major incident.

I just saw this video on you tube of a merc 0405n and the sounds of the bus and graphics are spot on and wondered if anyone has purchased this exact game its called OMSI simulator and peoples views and opinions

I noticed today that one of the enviro 200's that was at Hill Top now has branded for the 9 service in Walsall.

Changes on the 28th April mean there will be no evening or sunday service on the 4/4M and with less than a week to go to this there are no notices on buses or on either their website or facebook page. This is not very informative for the passengers who may rely on this service or have diamond passes which i know quite a few people do have on the 4 service.

Left New Street on the 19:47 departure this evening and left in the Wolverhampton direction and took the route through the back of Soho/Winson Green and only called at Hamstead, Tame Bridge, Bescot and Walsall. Never seen this happen before on the all stopper service I think something happened on the train earlier but it was online running a couple of minutes late leaving New Street.

Service 401E and 45 will now share a bus stand.
NXWM and diamond service 4 will share stands S and T which will be interesting.

I noticed today that there seems to be a few blue diamond/central connect uniformed drivers driving black diamond services. Today a driver on the 4 has a central connect uniform. This is probably due to the loss of so many services out of Long Acre so transferring them to Tividale where there is a lot more work available.

I noticed from going past Tividale today two buses are currently being stripped for parts which look to be a red and white dart may be S393HVV and the other was a 51 reg cadet which could be 30203 or 30208 as it has the older non red seating and wasn't an ex ludlow cadet so don't think it was 30217.

I know these buses were sold a while ago and have been removed off Tony's fleetlist does anybody know when these buses will actually leave the fleet as they must have reached their release date by now.

Just another quick go this time using an mcv evolution and designing a possible 301 branding for it.

Here is a quick design of what the diamond livery could be developed like, it is a rough go and I have used an enviro 200 and the service 4M as the vehicle type and service. Also notice the day return being advertised lol.

Just wondered how many people on here collected diecast bus models corgi,britbus or creative master northcord etc. Also maybe the specific ones people have or how many they actually have.
