Note the registration which was never used and the slogan on the side 'in conjuction with Birmingham City Council and Centro' which I think were removed before soon after

Since that was taken in July, were they not put on the road till September for them to have '54' plates?

Have to agree with you 4504 the everyone's favourite number branding looked very smart shame it didnt last longer than it did
