I'm afraid not - use of the R prefix in Rugby ended back in 1988. In the past year or so, Midland Red South registrations have included a letter prefix to most route numbers, but these are not shown on vehicles.
However, there is still one town that has uses a Midland Red letter prefix - Banbury. In particular, the B5 (Bretch Hill Circular) is a survivor from Midland Red days and actually has changed little since the 1970s.

Indeed as do other Stagecoach routes across the country e.g East Scotland routes in Fife seem as they they are all prefixed with a F when they appear on Traffic Commissioners publications.
Presumably this is to help internal systems with so many duplicate service numbers across the UK.
