First Bus - Leicester

Someone at the depot messed an allocation up. Braunstone Bus 69439 went onto the 16/74 runs, and this did actually happen, as I happened to pass it on 32644.
32644 is also in a very unhealthy state, with some strange noises and screeches constantly occurring. Nonetheless it's still a fast and powerful vehicle.

Anyone know as to why someone has edited 32645 on bustimes? I really hope it hasn't gone yet, as that's one fantastic bus.

69384 was captured today with 'Saffron' now on the front. The livery is now complete.

66971 has been doing driver training duties in Huddersfield...still with all its Leicester branding. I'm sure that turned a few heads. Also, can someone actually confirm what's happened to 35169 and 63353, and whether they'll actually be back along with 35174?

Haven't a clue about 169 or 174. From the times I've seen it in the depot the past few months, 63353 I believe has a fault of some sort, as it's been sitting in the depot with panels removed from the rear of the near side.
Where have 66840 and 66965 gone?

I see that the ukbuses fleet list is showing 37111 as being allocated to Leicester.

I believe I have read that that it's only at Leicester for maintenance / rectification work.

It would be the only B9TL in the Midlands fleet if it stayed, and I assume its only here temporarily.

Does anyone know any facts that are different to that ??

37111 is no longer shown on the the ukbuses Midlands fleet list.

It may have returned / still be  - "up north", and hasn't been listed (yet) as moving from there, in the excellent official update list provided by wmbusphotos.
However, it could turn up anywhere now, as "sister" vehicles are being transferred currently (I believe).

The ukbuses website now shows a seventh StreetDeck   --  35123  --  as being transferred to Leicester, however it hasn't  (yet) appeared

in the official list of movements reproduced on the wmbusphotos website, so it might only be here for maintenance / rectification ??

32644, 32645, 32646 and most of the Volvo B7L's are not being put into service. This probably is down to the coronavirus and the reduction down to Saturday service, however they all used to go in service, even on normal Saturday timetables.
Anyone know if the B7L's have been scrapped and whether 32644/5/6 have left Leicester?

I don't think they're allowed to transfer buses at the moment so I'd imagine not. It's just a case of whether they decide to keep them when it returns to normal or decide that's the end. And yeah, Arriva are keeping B7TLs and DB250s off for a similar reason.

Not directly related to Leicester, but Volvo B7TL Alexander ALX400 32063 (W223 XBD) is currently up for sale through Ensignbus, as seen on Coach and Bus World's website.
This bus started it's life in Leicester, and remained here until 2014, where it went to Great Yarmouth.

I hope someone buy's it and either preserves it or keeps it in service.

35174 has also been registered as such, which I guess confirms that it won't be coming back. Additionally, this list does not include new arrivals that were yet to enter service, like the Sheffield StreetDecks. Also, someone should update the info for 66306, as apparently it hasn't had an M.O.T since 2007.
