Near A38(M) Park Circus. Its also an Accessible Transport Group (Ring & Ride) depot as marked on Google Maps.

is this  Aston Birmingham or Derby???  Fu'd .if I can find it on google Is it in Aston science park or the old ring and ride depot off Victoria road? There doesn't seem to be an obvious access other than Thomas street ....  Is it near Miller st?

The other access point appears to be Park Road. It's one junction down from the junction you'd leave to go across to Miller Street. Nearest bus to NEAT is the 65/67, which'd you get off at East End wholesalers and walk up Park Road, or the 8A/C on Park Lane and walk up Upper Thomas Street.
