At least the buses on the NX 4H don't breakdown as much as the Diamond 4H and that the buses aren't mainly stuck in limp mode.
Sorry @Jack have been doing my lane swimming after getting the faultless Diamond 4H after 7pm just turned my phone back on so your telling me that in the last few years there is a some kind of  problem with Diamond Bus with me being on 6 Diamond Buses invovlved in crashes and fires where the operator has always acted in the most professional manner in such unfortunate circumstances I doubt NXWM would act in the same manner so your point about the hopeless unreliable cowboy operator that is  NXWM on the  4H is what exactly?

But how are NX a 'cowboy'? And I presume you've only ridden Tividale buses anyway, which are ok (not great), compared to the likes of Redditch and Kidderminster depots. NX don't put out buses that are stuck in limp mode 24/7. A countless number of times now I've used the 4H branded B7RLE's and they struggle on the Walsall Road hill by Tame Bridge, which is hardly even steep. If it was a hill like Gorsty Hill or Powke Lane I'd understand... shows the terrible maintenance. NX's B7RLE's quite easily best Diamond's on the hill by Tame Bridge.

Simon has made his engineers ensure that all buses can go fairly fast now, don't ride any in limp mode anymore. 30412 went from the worst to best b7rle now i think

Sorry I meant 32317.

Diamond Bus are not following the correct 61 route in West Bromwich on all journeys.  This is the THIRD day this has occurred so I can think that one of the drivers doesn't know about the route change which seems ridiculous.
