And no, LJ09 KPF isn't euro 6
Rotala's fleetlist has 30709 + all the other ex Little Gem E200's & VDL SB180 down as retrofitted Euro 6 - they were acquired specifically for that reason i.e. to provide short term Euro 6 cover to allow West Midlands based Euro 6 Streetlites & Streetdecks to go on loan to Manchester until their new fleet arrive.

Looks like DVSA haven't been notified then as it requires payment into the Birmingham CAZ

I've just checked a few other random examples & they're saying they're not Euro 6 too.

thank you @Tony I didn't think it was; this being Diamond they will probably say "it was that bus or nothing" which if so I find incredibly hard to believe

Okay so would you rather the service run or not? Personally I'd rather it run and i'm sure so would regular passengers so there's no missing service.

Rotala acquired all the buses from Goodwins on the basis they were already Euro 6 retrofitted.

They are currently dealing with the issues as to why they're not re-registered as Euro 6 compliant.
