Only two B5's on WN59 (Usually atleast 4) with 4 tridents being on there.

The 62 was diverted today due to Road Resurfacing works  Diversion was right at the Rock then left into Tettenhall Village down Wood Rd then left into the Holloway down to Compton Square then right to Normal line of route. Reverse in opposite direction.

Sticking with the 62 there were several Centro Employee's riding the route at various points during the day (There was a man on one trip and a Woman on another trip) observing Passenger numbers/Types of pass used by passenger/Where they got on and off etc. I presume they are looking to see which tendered routes should be kept with these budget cuts happening?

The 62 isn't a tendered service though. 586 was today's vehicle and the diversion had gone by the time I caught the 1730 off town

Sticking with B6's, has 598 been withdrawn and have 639/662 been repaired yet?

I thought, when NWM did the consultation that the WN62 was a tendered service "Daytime Service Daily"

I have a copy of the list NWM had on their site of which services were subsidised (correct as at NOV 2013). When I next get on my laptop I will update it with tender renewed dates as and when I know them.

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

Well if it's on a Centro list then it must be tendered. I just thought that wasn't the case. My understanding is that TWM took over the 682 in old money from Zak's in 2002 or 2003 under a 10 year contract from Centro which has been extended until this September to determine whether the current format of the 62/62A is financially viable. No it doesn't make mega bucks but i's socially necessary which is why I personally don't want to see it cut.

Last time I saw 598 was on 12th April, I did wonder where was 598 - hope it will be back in service soon. What happened to 639 and 662, have I missed something?

639 and 662 have been off the road for repair but for a number of weeks. I believe 598 has been withdrawn with a worn diff but I asked in case somebody knew definates.

4571 is looking good on the 3's today

5515 ran private to Dudley along the Birmingham New Road at around 1230pm. I was on 4562 on the 126 and we followed it for a distance
