As I said, 1676 is still dumped down the bottom, 4003 was there with it last week, but has moved before today or today. It may have been the one hiding behind 4021 in the workshop. Or it may have been moved elsewhere out of Park Lane

4003 is still at PL along with 1676 Matt :)

Yeah silly me, just remembered John reported it being there earlier on. Given 4003 had its bumper removed after its accident, it was more than likely the one behind 4021 John

Withdrawn vehicles are usually parked in the far end corner on WN's yard so 4003 was obviously moved so they could move the engine to 4021

It may not have been 4003 I saw inside the workshop. Just another Spectra having work done on it's front end

The whole engine of 4021 was on the floor, either just removed or about to go in.

running gear = engine/gearbox/axles etc.

Oh, I did not think the engine counted, thanks!

4003 was definitely in the garage forward facing today but there didn't seam to be much happening. 4021 was next to it facing the other way with an engine in. I would guess it would be easier to swap an engine if they were facing the same way? so maybe not an engine swap. Is 4003 that badly damaged to warrant withdrawal? The damage only looks superficial to me (no expert of course)  :P

from what the pic of it on flickr shows, surely the front windscreen and panel/headlight unit could come off 4007

The damage doesn't look to bad but maybe it is structural or maybe other issues with the bus

2 buses collided and one crashed into a stand in the bus station not long ago today. The picture clearly shows the bus damage. It has to be my home bus - 82... 😒😒😒

That's another Benz biting the dust, then.
Don't you start.

The 82 in the picture is 1654.  The other bus looks like a Merc but you can't see how much that one is damaged.

Obviously, we can see it is 1654, T654 FOB. The article says that bus numbers 26 and 82 so I would assume a B6 would be the second bus.

If you read the article again, it says 82 and 25.
