It has been on the 126 a few times over the past week or so.

So that's why there is only one B5 on the 59 today then ::)

Well yes Matt but surely due to the volume of Tridents in the fleet?

Fair point, I had considered that, but how many B7TL breakdowns are there in comparison

4006

Nobody seams to have mentioned the Mercs, whilst reliability of Spectra's may be increasing (which I believe a common suspension problem has been rectified in the main which was a continual problem when they first came to WN which has improved reliability added to the withdrawal of 2 of them) reliability of the Mercs seams to be rapidly deteriorating on the other hand!
Enviro 200 Rebels......Venturing Out Into New Territory's!!

I see 1685 virtually every day so that one can't be too bad, 1654 16f1 and 16f2 aren't much cop in my own opinion but maybe somebody could throw a mechanical view in.

Matt, as far as I believe and I stand to be corrected but I think B7TL's break down a little less frequently

Yep, that's what I was saying

John

4003 has moved from the bottom of Wolverhampton's yard where it was dumped following withdrawal alongside 1676, which is still there.

4021 looked like to be getting a replacement engine, the bus was up in the air in the garage, with an engine on the floor.

mranon

john, im wondering from your post, if 4003 is giving up its running gear for 4021 etc?

That was what I was wondering. There was another Spectra behind 4021, but could not ID it, and the front on this Spectra was facing me. It did not have a front bumper on at the time, so did not see the numberplate

Is 4003 still at PL or at MS? If at PL, it could've been the Spectra with no front bumper

Am wondering if MS has space issues at the moment, it took a while for 1545/1646 to leave PE!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

4003 is still at PL along with 1676 Matt :)
