Looks like the X7 is being withdrawn from 2nd June from the registration on VOSA.
The X7 has disapeared of where the current service numbers are shown on the registration from that date.
Presumably that will free up some of the Platinums and another service will be converted to Platinums?

Unless there are bigger plans... hopefully extra X8 shorts between Wolverhampton and Dudley are introduced to keep the every 10 minute headway on that section.

That's what I thought would be the most probable, since there's no way that section would work with the frequency halved. The 126 could also be extended back to Wolverhampton, but if my memory is right, it was curtailed to Dudley due to reliability issues.

Any views/comments are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.

There is a variation to the 126 from the same date.
The Registration suggests it will still be Birmingham to Dudley on VOSA. With the X8 serving the Wolverhampton section.

Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

I'm just curious, what is the logic after the Dudley review of re numbering routes like the 120 to 2 digit i.e 12 but not doing the same with the 126 ( 15 i think was the proposal or 26 ). Just curious as to the inconsistencies, cheers.

I'd see some value in the X8 increasing frequency all the way through to Brum, up to every 15, especially with the 14 now cut back further, and perhaps an increase in the 81 or an 81A to cover Wolves - Dudley capacity

Any idea of what routes these E400's from WB are for

I come to the assumption they were coming for the 59's to replace the tridents

There was never a suggestion those Tridents would come off the 59

They have all had LED destinations fitted as well to make them look uniform

Is the Daysaver Plus still a thing for the 54 to Stafford? And if so can you get these on the app?

If you use contact less you will only be charged a standard day saver  not the plus

What about the Swift Paygo?

I normally get my Daysavers using that & get the discount.

Is there a similar discount on the Daysaver Plus?

No. The only way to avoid the day saver plus is contactless
