4200 transferred to wolverhampton back end of oct beginin of Nov i believe and ive seen it on 529

Its not a transfer. Its on loan to cover increased PVR due to the Amazon services. 4201/2 are also here on loan. They are going back in the new year.

Is their any reasons why those ZF Tridents at WN all have gear problems, over revving etc, ive been on the 529 and most of them to put it in a polite way are F'd.

Can they not be fixed as it does not good for the gear box engine and uses so much fuel... @Tony sort it out please :D

Yeah, Most of them sound like this. 4590, 4603 and 4605's sound different.

Now, that is more like it, I wish all of them at WN get fixed like this! cant be that hard to do

Personally I find the ZF Trident 2's at WN to have a great engine & gearbox sound have been on a few on the 126 many a time, like all buses they start to sound tired after so many years in service. I think it gives them character if they sound different to the norm and should be appreciated not whinged about because some sound different to others.

Off topic a bit but the BC ZF Trident 2's sound great as well, they have an engine/gearbox character of their own

Yes he must have done. See my post in the Noteworthy Workings thread.

Also, both 62's today are LWB E200's, as opposed to 751/2.

Busman Jamie

i saw 5401 on 529 in Walsall today

Yeah 5401 I meant good bus, 126 was a waste of time too long and driver was bloody slow, two buses from behind over took it.
