Some trips during the peak Mon-Fri. A few trips Late afternoon, early evening on Saturday's and all day Sunday.

Yes, it would have been on the 256. But on arrival to Wolverhampton about 19:30, it then works the last NX 255 at 19:45.

Possibly, but I think 4138 was on its last dodger run. The one on Billy Butts Lane was facing Wombourne so 5406 may have replaced a third breakdown.

@Sh4318 Are you sure? PB usually get loans from BC and they are usually Enviro 400's! I'd be really surprised if they loaned an ALX400 Trident.
