I shall but I'd be surprised if that isn't what happens. Particularly when BN enquired about the condition of the BC E400Hs a couple of months back.

Anyone any info on the WN 24hr supposedly happening routes or is it just something being 'aired' I have heard the idea is to make the 1,59 and 126 24hr
Sorry if this topic has already been mentioned

P.S no mention of stickers in this one  ;D ;D ;D

Making the 59 24hr would be pretty handy for people visiting New Cross Hospital.  Plus it would mean an earlier Sunday 59 which is needed. I was told earlier Sunday 59's were to be introduced but it still hasn't happened?

there has always been a rumour flying around that the adl e400h's will all end up at wn, and volvo b5h's at bc. i can see these been transferred out and older stuff brought over to replace

The 59 doesn't need to be 24 hour operation just for the benefit of New Cross Hospital. Like most hospitals they have set visiting times and shift patterns, neither of which are outside the current operating hours of the bus service. You'd just carry more waste than a bin wagon. Earlier sunday morning journies would be the only required improvement.

As for the eco machine transfers. WN are having the Enviros. Central are getting the deathtrap B5's

In what ways would these be death traps? I travel on them regularly and have had no form of incident, let alone a near death experience.

5518 is the only B5 still in full 1 branding. The rest have been debranded (One still has the red surround around thte LED display)

Older stuff to replace what?
9 E400s BC to WN
9 B5 WN to BC

where does older stuff come into the equation?

Deathtrap B5s, what on earth are you on about?

in reply to my comment, it wouldnt suprise me if nxwm took the 9 b5h's to bc, and transferred tridents over to replace them (aka older stuff)

No its 5510-18 from WN-BC with WN having 5401-09 in exchange

Liverpool Street

I prefer it the other way around, but I neither have to drive nor travel on these buses so I couldn't give a toss.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I like driving the B5s, and as I do most of my overtime at BC that suits me

Is there a particular reason why they are being swapped now?

Meh, was hoping the B5s stay in WN and these horrible E400s go to BC. Was nice to see Geminis in WN.
