I have the West Midlands bus handbook for 2000 and it was interesting to see for the garage that I follow closely  the most being West Bromwich that only 12 vehicles still at the garage when comparing the 2013 and 2000 fleet list. 1 of which is a b6le (591) and the other 11 are mercs (1523/1534/1577/1581/1582/1585/1586/1589/1592/1613/1618). Looking at the other fleetlists there is only Coventry with more vehicles than WB still at the same garage from 2000.

What about Pensnett? Wasn't it Travel Merry Hill at that time? (I was only 2)

Yeah the garage was just known as Merry Hill and was at that time under the Travel Merry Hill name, comparing the fleetlists with the present one only 2 buses are still in service 13 years after this being ( 502/508 ). 510 was still at WB at the time.

And before that Merry Hill Minibuses (owned by Richardsons - who owned the Merry Hill at the time of creation and sale of the bus fleet to TWM!)
