Is 4959 a permanent transfer to Walsall or not? Only asking as I saw it in Central Birmingham last night and again this morning in Walsall.....

Judging by his posts I would strongly suspect that like you he works for NX.   

Edit: and lo and behold, 2116 in service at Walsall and 5408 in service at Wolverhampton today.
