It is until it is paid for! It is on a 'Rent to buy' deal from Rotala which means Select pay for it in instalments, when they have paid the agreed price it belongs to them. Until then it is 'rented' from Rotala and Select still have the option not to take it, and Rotala can take it back if Select don't keep to the agreement.
