WN seemed to have several problems today. Firstly buses on the 15/16 running up to 15 minutes late, one breaking down (2086) and the replacement bus running one hour late and turning short. Also missing was the last two journeys on service 61.

Don't know why the driver of 2014 on the 15:40 to merry hill is displaying 16 Stourbridge for. I didn't board thinking his displays were correct - obviously not!!!

Probably forgot to change it

Was it after a driver change? It may be that the new driver was on board and the driver who had finished set it up for another 16 with the new driver not checking the display. Alternatively it was simply human error as no one is perfect.

Did you or the other passengers actually bother to let the driver know it was wrong when you were on the bus or did you just keep quiet so you could moan on here?

Also, there are occasional faults with displays that get frozen on the main destination display yet are showing as correct in the drivers cab display. Maybe don't jump straight to criticising the driver.
